In 1996, Delma created Delma Realty Services, to provide property management services to its portfolio and additional support for the acquisition, financing, disposition and asset management departments.  The creation of Delma Realty Service allows Delma to acquire assets which can benefit from intensive value-added management strategies and further enhances ownership’s control of assets within the portfolio.

 

In its third venture, Delma Realty Services III, LLC (DRS III), DRS III extends the hands-on approach of Delma’s asset managers and provides them with further controls through management with an owner’s mentality. On-site managers at DRS III work as integral members of the asset management team aiding in the creation and implementation of value enhancing strategies.  Delma believes that pro-active property management is one of the cornerstones of the value-added approach to investment.
